The 9th Special Meeting of the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) Authority was convened virtually on Thursday, October 28, 2021 under the Chairmanship of The Right Honourable Dr. Keith Mitchell, Prime Minister of Grenada.

This Special Meeting facilitated discussions with the European Union’s Executive Vice President, Frans Timmermans, on matters of mutual interest.
