Interreg Caribbean
Interreg Caribbean is a European territorial cooperation program enabling operators in Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique and Saint-Martin to implement win-win projects with their Caribbean neighbours. The program has a dual dimension, with a cross-border and transnational component. The program is, therefore, part of a reinforced integration of the French outermost regions in their regional environment, and of a consolidated cooperation with the international regional organizations of the Caribbean, which are partners of the program, namely the ACS (Association of Caribbean States), the OECS (Organization of Eastern Caribbean States) and Cariforum. As a partner in the Programme, OECO is involved in the governance of the program, and in particular in project selection.
