Government of the Commonwealth of Dominica - Request for Proposal Information Systems (Design, Supply and Installation ) (Without Prequalification )

Interested eligible Proposers may obtain further information from the Project Implementation Unit for the Caribbean Digital Transformation Project, Ministry of Public Works, Public Utilities and the Digital Economy, on e-mail address: c.c. or during office hours 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Mondays and 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Tuesdays to Fridays (local time) at the address given below.

The Request for Proposal document in English can be obtained by interested eligible Proposers on the following website: http://cardtp.gov.dm/procurement-activities

Proposals must be delivered by hand or courier mail to the address below in paragraph 9, on or before 10:00 a.m. on February 25, 2025. Electronic procurement will not be permitted. Late Proposals will be rejected. The outer Proposal envelopes marked “ORIGINAL PROPOSAL”, and the inner envelopes marked “TECHNICAL PART” will be publicly opened in the presence of the Proposers’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below stated in para 9 or via Zoom Videoconferencing platform, on February 25, 2025, at 10:15 a.m. (local time). All envelopes marked “FINANCIAL PART” shall remain unopened and will be held in safe custody of the Purchaser until the second public Proposals opening.
