Description

Consultants with demonstrated experience working in Saint Lucia are strongly preferred, though applications from other qualified candidates will also be considered.

A. DOCUMENTS TO BE INCLUDED WHEN SUBMITTING THE APPLICATION

1. A letter of interest signed by the Consultant, indicating why you consider yourself suitable for the assignment and confirming availability to start work within the month of June 2025.
2. A brief Technical Proposal (a maximum of three (3) pages) describing how the consultant will approach and complete the assignment. This should include the consultant’s methodology and work plan, qualifications, experience, and nonfinancial resources to be assigned.
3. Curriculum Vitae (CV) of each team member. Each team member is also asked to provide the contact information (inclusive of an email address) for at least three (3) references for relevant past project/work experience.
