Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Kingstown Revitalization Project - Firm Selection for Consulting Services

Qualification & Experience

• (i) The Consultants shall have a minimum of twenty-five (25) years’ experience in master planning and urban design.
• (ii) The Consultants shall have creditable experience in developing climate-adapted urban designs and/or projects for tropical located small towns and/or cities during the last eight (8) years.
• (iii) The Consultants should have qualified professional staff inclusive of the following: Urban Planner, Urban Economist, Urban Designer and Financial Risks and Investment Analyst.

A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Quality and Cost Based (QCBS) selection method set out in the Public Procurement Regulations (2019) of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
