KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
1. Decisiveness and soundness of judgement.
2. Thorough knowledge of Civil Engineering procedures.
3. A working knowledge of FIDIC and ICE “Terms and Conditions of Contract, CESMM.
4. Willingness and skills to do a combination of communications, coordination, documentation and detailed technical work.
5. Demonstrated ability to work analytically at both a detailed and strategic level.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Hands-on experience in applying resource economics to change in design conditions.
8. Ability to manage contractors.
9. Research design experience.
10. Strong knowledge of spreadsheet analysis tools
11. Ability to review and troubleshoot complex spreadsheet analyses.
12. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

QUALIFICATIONS:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with two (2) years experience at Grade 12.
