Criteria

• An academic distinction of the highest order;
• Scientific invention;
• High political accomplishment (regionally and in the Diaspora);
• Extraordinary community or national service achieved (regionally and in the Diaspora).
• The Feature Series is open to all nationals of OECS Member States with special attention placed on youth.
