Technical Proposal not exceeding 6 pages on:

• understanding and interpretation of the TOR
• methodology to be used in undertaking the assignment
• gant chart for implementation
• relevant experience related to the assignment
• curriculum vitae of the consultant

Financial proposal not exceeding 1 page

• consultant’s daily rate in US$

No additional funds are allocated for travel.
