Honorable Prime Ministers, Members of Government, Members of the Diplomatic Corps, OECS Commissioners, Heads of Regional and International Organizations, special guests, distinguished delegates, members of the media, OECS citizens at home and abroad, and my OECS colleagues - it is my special privilege to welcome you to the Opening of the 57th Meeting of OECS Heads of Government in the lovely country of Antigua and Barbuda, permanent seat of the OECS Assembly.
