The procurement process will be conducted through Open Competitive Procurement using a Request for Quotations (RFQ) method, as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, dated September 2023, revised March 2025 (Sixth Edition), and is open to all eligible firms as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
