OECS: Consultancy Services for Development of the OECS Regional Education Technology (EdTech) Policy and Governance Framework Extended

Description

The Expressions of Interest will be evaluated and the Consulting Firm with the most relevant experience, qualifications and technical competence will be selected and requested to submit a fee proposal, which will be the basis for negotiations leading to a contract.

It is expected that the services will be conducted from May, 2026 in keeping with the terms outlined in the Reporting Requirements above.

An electronic copy of the Expression of Interest should be submitted by April 17, 2026 at 12 p.m. AST, addressed to:
