Firms interested in submitting a bid may request Intent to Bid Forms via email at (p. 1).

Completed Intent to Bid Forms must be submitted to Mercy Corps no later than 5 June 2026 at 11:55 p.m. (local time) (p. 1). Forms should be emailed to with the subject line: “SR2182209642 - LC00 Supply and Installation of Integrated Greenhouse System – Mon Repos, Saint Lucia.”

Following the closure of this Tender Notice period, the Request for Proposal (RFP) package will be issued to firms that submitted an Intent to Bid Form.
