Firms interested in submitting a bid should complete the attached Intend to Bid Form

Completed Intent to Bid Forms must be submitted to Mercy Corps no later than 5 August 2026 at 11:55 p.m. (local time). Forms should be emailed to with the subject line: “SR2314005990 - JM00 Supply and Installation of Community Garden Components – Bull Bay, Jamaica”

Following the closure of this Tender Notice period, the Request for Proposal (RFP) package will be issued to firms who submitted an Intent to Bid Form.
