Expressions of interest can be submitted via email to the first address and copied to the second address by October 12, 2026, at 16:00 hours Eastern Caribbean Time (EST). Email submissions should include the name and address of the Consultant and shall be clearly marked in the subject line as “Expression of Interest- Investment-grade audits and detailed design of Energy Efficiency Measures (EEM) and Distributed Photovoltaic (DPV) systems in Public Buildings and Facilities in Grenada, Saint Lucia and Guyana.”
